Terms of Service

By accessing or using VYB (findvyb.com), creating an account, or clicking "I agree," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and VYB. If you do not agree, you may not use VYB.

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use VYB. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

VYB is an AI-powered Dating Profile Operating System that analyzes and optimizes dating profiles, photos, prompts, and conversations. VYB provides:

• Profile Intelligence and VYB Score™ analysis
• Photo ranking and ordering recommendations
• AI-generated bios, prompts, and conversation suggestions
• Conversation analysis and opener generation
• Story reply suggestions and ghost recovery strategies
• AI Coach and weekly improvement reports
• Profile Roast (Premium)

All outputs are AI-generated recommendations only. See our AI Disclaimer for details. Results are not guaranteed.

• You must provide a valid, real email address. Disposable email addresses are prohibited.
• You must verify your email before using AI features or subscribing.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not share your account or permit others to access it.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits is prohibited and may result in permanent ban of all associated accounts and devices.
• Notify us immediately at contact@findvyb.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to engage in, facilitate, or attempt any of the following:

Harmful Conduct

• Harassment, threats, intimidation, or bullying of any person
• Stalking or attempting to locate or track another person without consent
• Sexual coercion or non-consensual sexual content
• Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Encouraging or facilitating self-harm or suicide

Platform Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymization tools specifically to circumvent usage limits or restrictions
• Automated signups, scripted traffic, or bot-driven use of VYB
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from VYB's systems
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract VYB's source code or AI models
• Interfering with or disrupting VYB's infrastructure, servers, or networks

Content Violations

• Uploading photos, screenshots, or content depicting minors in any context
• Uploading explicit sexual content, non-consensual intimate images, or illegal material
• Uploading content you do not own or have the right to use
• Using VYB-generated content to deceive, defraud, or misrepresent yourself to others

Illegal Activities

• Any use of VYB that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Fraud, money laundering, or use in connection with criminal activity
• Violating third-party dating app Terms of Service through coordinated abuse

VYB reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these prohibitions, without notice and without refund.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Tax may be charged based on your location.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.
• Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Email contact@findvyb.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe you were billed in error. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods after cancellation.

All AI-generated content, scores, and recommendations are estimates and suggestions only. They are not guarantees of dating outcomes. See our full AI Disclaimer. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content, including in your dating profile and conversations.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to VYB (photos, screenshots, bios, prompts, conversations). By uploading content, you grant VYB a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use all content you upload, and that your content does not violate any third party's rights.

VYB, including the name, logo, VYB Score™ branding, design, software, AI models, and all related technology, is proprietary to VYB. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

By you: You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. All your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

By us: We may suspend or permanently terminate your account, without notice or refund, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have: violated these Terms; engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity; created safety risks; or violated applicable law. Repeated violations across multiple accounts may result in device-level bans.

VYB IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC DATING OUTCOME. YOUR USE OF VYB IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYB'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL VYB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Informal resolution first: Email contact@findvyb.com and we will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.

Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, not in court. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

Small claims: You may bring eligible claims in small claims court.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

• Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and VYB.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.
• Changes: We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email with 14 days' notice.
