Our commitment

VYB is an AI dating assistant published by unyfo, inc. ("Company", "we", "us"). We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to the VYB app and to every service we operate at findvyb.com.

Adults only — VYB is strictly 18+

VYB is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. The app is not directed at children, is not designed for or marketed to anyone under 18, and does not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create an account or use the service.

If we learn that a user is under 18, we terminate the account and delete the associated data. If you believe a minor is using VYB, report it to safety@findvyb.com and we will act promptly.

What is prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited on VYB, without exception:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — creating, uploading, storing, sharing, requesting, or linking to it.
  • Any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor.
  • Grooming, enticement, sextortion, or any attempt to solicit a minor for sexual purposes.
  • Using VYB's AI features to generate, edit, or describe sexual content involving minors, including simulated or AI-generated depictions.
  • Trafficking, advertising, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a minor.

How we enforce these standards

  • Age gating. VYB requires users to be 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
  • Reporting channel. Anyone can report suspected CSAE to safety@findvyb.com. Reports are reviewed by our child-safety contact.
  • Action on violations. Confirmed CSAE results in immediate account termination and preservation of relevant evidence.
  • Reporting to authorities. We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline, and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

Report child sexual abuse or exploitation

To report CSAE involving VYB, email safety@findvyb.com with any details you can safely provide. We treat these reports as our highest priority.

To report child sexual abuse material directly to authorities in the United States, contact the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or call 1-800-843-5678. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement.
